How long does delivery take?

We post within 3-5 working days of receiving your order using Evri (Hermes) which costs £3.99. Evri aim to deliver within 4 days including Saturdays.  If you want your order sooner, please choose the next day delivery option. Postage is free over £30.00. If you still haven’t received your delivery after 5 working days, please get in touch with us using the contact page.

How long is the shelf life on your kits? And how do I store them?

We advise using them within 12 months to ensure they are at their optimum quality. It is best to store spices in a cool place in your kitchen, out of direct sunlight and preferably not in a cupboard next to the oven.

How many people does each kit serve?

Our kits serve 4 people (although this may vary depending on size of appetite!). Suggested serving size is on individual product page.

I’ve already placed my order. How do I make changes to it?

We will try and accommodate you however this isn’t always possible. For urgent changes (e.g. incorrect delivery address submitted) please call us right away on 07717315735 and speak to us about it. 

Do you delivery internationally?

Not at the moment. Drop us an email and let us know where you would like your order shipped to and we will try and accommodate you. 

I’ve lost my instructions, where can I find them?

We can email you the instructions. Just contact us on hello@littlebigflavourkits.co.uk

I added too much water/my dish is looking a little dry, what can I do?

If you’re dish looks too watery, don’t panic, you can turn the heat up on the hob, and leave to bubble away with the lid off until some of the water has evaporated, keep stirring so it doesn’t burn! If it looks too dry, you can add a little more water and cook bring back to the boil.

I have allergies/dietary requirements, can I use your kits?

Please see individual product pages for a list of ingredients/allergens. All our kits are gluten free, vegan friendly and fat free excluding any kits with coconut and/or nuts. They are sugar free and don’t contain anything artificial at all.

Are your kits diet friendly?

All of our kits are much healthier versions of the ones you find in a restaurant or takeaway.

Are the kits difficult to make?

No! They all have simple instructions included to make cooking from scratch fun. Please do get in touch if you need any further help. 

Will my order fit through the letterbox?

This will depend on what you have ordered; individual and most three pack orders will, however larger orders will not fit through the letterbox but come in a box. 

Where are your products made?

We're very proud that all our spice blends are freshly hand roasted, blended, measured and packed here in Kent. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately.

How does subscription work?

Choose the items you want from the drop down menu on the Shop 3 kit 3 month subscription option. After payment you will receive an E-mail asking you to activate your account. The activation takes 5 seconds, you only need to set up your password and the account will be automatically created. If you wish to make changes to your subscription simply log into your account and click on "manage my subscription".

How do I cancel or skip an upcoming order?

You can cancel and pause at any time through the account page. If you wish to cancel your subscription for the coming month you have to do so latest one day before billing date. 

Can I make changes to my subscription?

You can remove and make changes to your subscription from the Account settings. for the coming month. These have to be done latest one day before billing date.
